എഴുത്തിലെ വൈവിധ്യംകൊണ്ടാണ് വിനയചന്ദ്രന്‍ കവിതയുടെ ഏകസ്വരതയെ മറികടക്കുന്നത്. ഇന്നുള്ള കവിതകള്‍ക്ക് ഈ ഏകസ്വരത ഒരു വന്‍ഭീഷണി തന്നെ. ഏകഛന്ദസില്‍ ജീവിതകാലം മുഴുവനും കവിതകുറിക്കേണ്ടിവരുന്ന കവിയുടെ ഗതിയാണ് ഇന്നത്തെ കവികള്‍ക്കുള്ളത്. പ്രത്യേകിച്ചും ഗദ്യംമാത്രം ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നവര്‍ക്ക്. ഏകസ്വരമായ കവിതയെ ബഹുസ്വരമാക്കാന്‍ വിനയചന്ദ്രന്‍ ചെയ്ത കാര്യങ്ങള്‍ പുതിയ കവികള്‍ മനസ്സിലാക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.
