ആദിവാസി ദലിത് മുന്നേറ്റ സമിതി, നവ ജനാധിപത്യ പ്രസ്ഥാനം, ഏകതാ പരിഷത്ത് തുടങ്ങിയ സംഘടനകളുടെ നേതൃത്വത്തിലാണ് കണ്‍വന്‍ഷന്‍ നടക്കുന്നത്.
